Blueray Capital is an Angel investment firm focused on investing seed capital in opportunities arising from the new technology areas in Web 2.0, mobile, media, lifestyle and high-tech engineered products.

We invest alongside, or as lead investor, in syndication with other Angel groups, high net worth individuals, family offices and venture capital firms. Typical investment rounds are between £100k and £500k, although larger rounds in excess of £1m have been completed.

Blueray Capital was founded in 2009 and has already invested extensively. We act with integrity, confidentiality and professionalism and welcome approaches from entrepreneurs, management teams and other investor groups. We endeavour to respond promptly to all enquiries for early-stage, seed capital investment.

While we are prepared to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), the fact that we review hundreds of business opportunities per year means that, for practical purposes, our preference is not to do so.

We have developed excellent links with various national and international investor, research and technology networks and are able to call upon professional advisers and specialists in a variety of disciplines. This, combined with the experience of the partners, enables us to provide more than finance to our investee companies. Our objective is to assist investee companies to reduce the risk of under-performance or failure and enhance value upon exit.

Blueray Capital is managed by seasoned investment and operational executives with pan-European backgrounds and global track records. We welcome approaches from other Angel investors or syndicates to invest alongside or participate in reciprocal deals.

We also offer outstanding opportunities for exceptional individuals who want to become a driving force and shareholder in an early stage company with strong growth prospects. We are constantly looking for motivated candidates with entrepreneurial flair to join our portfolio of companies in non-executive, functional and general management roles.
